Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the RTV Digitizer 3.0. Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

Defective or Malfunctioning Units

If your RTV Digitizer 3.0 arrives defective or isn’t working properly:

  • We offer a free exchange for the same product.
  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested.

Returns for Unopened Items

We accept returns of unopened RTV Digitizer 3.0 units within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unused and in the original, sealed packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
