30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your RVT Digitizer 3.0 for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories (AV cable, USB drive, power adapter, remote control, and user manual).

2-Year Warranty

Every RVT Digitizer 3.0 comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device stops working due to a manufacturing issue within 2 years of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

To activate your warranty, please register your product here within 30 days of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@retrovisiontech.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our US-based support team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? We'll ship a new unit as soon as we receive your return. Just let us know in your email and we'll prioritize getting you back up and running.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days (unless covered under warranty)
  • Products that show signs of physical damage caused by misuse
  • Items missing original accessories or packaging
