30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your RVT Digitizer 3.0 for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories (AV cable, USB drive, power adapter, remote control, and user manual).
2-Year Warranty
Every RVT Digitizer 3.0 comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your device stops working due to a manufacturing issue within 2 years of purchase, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
To activate your warranty, please register your product here within 30 days of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@retrovisiontech.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our US-based support team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a replacement instead of a refund? We'll ship a new unit as soon as we receive your return. Just let us know in your email and we'll prioritize getting you back up and running.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days (unless covered under warranty)
- Products that show signs of physical damage caused by misuse
- Items missing original accessories or packaging
